He is well known for his lead role as Dr. Anurag Singh Rathore in Colors TV’s show Durga – Atoot Prem Kahani (2024). Currently, the actor is portraying his role as Mahi Pathak in Colors TV’s show Binddii (2025) opposite Shruti Choudhary.

Aashay began his acting career in the theatres and worked as a lead in the play Jhumru Aur Jhumri. He also worked as a model for advertisements with the brand Paytm. After that, he made his television debut with the television show Tenali Rama in 2017. He also got a frame when he played the role of Satvik Bhosle in the television show Agnisakshi…Ek Samjhauta (2023). Aashay also portrayed his role as Dr. Anurag Singh Rathore in the television show Durga – Atoot Prem kahani in 2024.
