Amazon Prime Video has announced its upcoming web series Daldal that will be streaming on 30th January. The story is about a cold-blooded serial killer who is responsible for a string of murders that CP Rita Ferreira investigates. She has to fight both this evil mastermind and the demons of her past. Bhumi Pednekar plays the lead role in this series. The series is directed by Amrit Raj Gupta and written by Sreekanth Agneeaswaran, Suresh Triveni, Rohan D’Souza, and Priya Saggi.

Story
The plot centers on Rita Ferreira, Mumbai’s recently appointed DCP, and is based on Vish Dhamija’s best-selling book Bhendi Bazaar. She must traverse the city’s morally dubious grey zones as she investigates a string of heinous killings. She must face the guilt and demons of her own history while pursuing a cold-blooded killer, which will give the narrative a profound psychological depth.
