The Ekka movie was released in theaters on 18 July and became the highest opening Kannada film of the year. Audiences appreciated Yuva Rajkumar’s performance, who portrayed the role of a lazy person named Mutthu. The Ekka film will be streaming from 13 November onwards on Sun NXT. Sanjana Anand and Sampada Hulivana are also in the lead roles. The music was composed by Charan Raj while Rohit Padaki directed the film.

Ekka Story/Plot
The film starts with a Mutthu who has decided never to leave his mother. But situations force him to go to Bengaluru and start working as a cab driver. One day, some strangers shot a person sitting in his cab. Mutthu admits the man to the hospital and saves his life. Later, he finds that the person is a gangster named Mastan Bhai. Mastan encourages him to get into the world of the underworld. Soon, Mutthus turns into a wild beast. What he will do then is the main crux of the movie.
