Gaurav Chatterjee is a Bengali actor and model primarily working in Bengali television shows, films, and web series. He is the grandson of the late Bengali veteran actor Utam Kumar. He was born on 15th June 1984, in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. Gourab got recognition for his role as Satyaki Chowdhury in the Star Jalsha’s show Bodhuboron in 2013. Currently, he is playing the role of Gora in Star Jalsha’s show Milon Hobe Koto Dine (2025) opposite Solanki Roy.

Gourab made his film debut with the Bengali film Bhalobasar Anek Naam in 2006. He was cast as Rik in the Bengali Comedy film Rang Milanti (2010). He was also seen in the Bengali film Pather Sesh Kothay in 2012. After that, Gourab took a break from the Bengali film industry.
