Kapil Arya started his career with the episodic television show C.I.D. in 2010. After that, he came to the limelight with the television show SuperCops vs Supervillains (2012). Later, he also starred as Karan in the television show Doli Armaano Ki in 2013. He also appeared in the mythological show Jag Janani Maa Vaishno Devi – Kahani Mata Rani Ki (2019). Kapil featured in Colors TV’s show Sasural Simar Ka 2 in 2022. In 2025, he will be seen in the television show Shrimati Shukla that airs on Dangal TV. His notable works include Laut Aao Trisha (2014), Rishtron Ka Saudagar – Baazigar (2016), Peshwa Bajirao (2017), Tenali Rama (2017), Swaraj (2023), etc.
