Story
A squad of British Customs employees was deployed undercover to join some of the most dangerous criminal (drug) gangs in the United Kingdom during the early 1990s, when Her Majesty’s Customs and Excise was losing its fight against illicit drug smuggling. But these guys weren’t trained spies; rather, they were ordinary people drawn from their daily lives and given this top-secret assignment. After finishing a basic training program, they were required to assume new identities in the criminal underground. These personas were referred to as Legends.
