Maargan Story/Plot
The film starts with a serial killer who kills young people. While killing young girls, he uses a chemical to turn the bodies black. Police did everything to catch him, but they failed. At that time, ADGP, Mr. Dhruv, led the investigation. He finds clues by seeing a murder pattern. But the killer is actually a very clever and dangerous man. Can Dhruv catch him?
