Neil began his career as a dancer and participated in the dance reality show Kaboom (2008), where he won the show. After that, he participated in another dance reality show, Boogie Woogie (2008), and won the show. In 2011, he also participated in the dance reality show Nach Le Ve With Saroj Khan and won it.
