Story
The story opens in Kolkata when treasure seeker Subarna Sen, better known as Sonada, is approached by Mr. Chatterjee, a historian who attended Cambridge and returned from Oxford. According to Mr. Chatterjee, he is descended from a Benares-born Brahmin who, following the Mughals’ defeat of Jessore’s king Raja Pratapaditya, nursed and cremated him. The king gave the Brahmin a gold coin bearing the royal seal and a ring as keys to his secret wealth before he passed away. But Mr. Chatterjee’s father knew where the wealth was. Before telling Mr. Chatterjee, he passed away, leaving hints in a secret journal. Does Sona Da understand the hints and will find the wealth? Watch this film in Hoichoi.
