Career
From childhood, Sonaakshi was fond of acting. At the age of 6, she joined the National School of Drama to learn different acting skills. After that, she appeared for the first time on television in the Alpenlide television ads. After completing her graduation, Sonaakshi started her performing arts career at the Shri Ram Center for Performing Arts in New Delhi, India. In 2019, she worked in the Shri Ram Center for Performing Arts in New Delhi, India, for the theatrical adaptation of the Hindi play Machhli Jal Ki Rani. After the theatrical show, Sonakshi made her television debut with the Hindi television show Udaariyaan (2021), where she played the role of Naaz Bajwa. In the same year, she was cast as Sneha in another show, 14 Phere. However, the actress gained prominence when she played the role of Manya Paras Goenka in the television show Nima Denzongpa (2021). In 2024, she got a chance to play the lead role as Meghla in Star Plus’s show Iss Ishq Ka Rabb Rakha. For her role, she got recognition from audiences.
