Sonal started her career as a model and worked in several brands and ads. In 2019, she appeared in The Kapil Sharma Show. After that, she made her acting debut with the TV show Sanjivani 2 (2019), where she played the role of Mansi. However, she came to the spotlight with the TV show Bindiya Sarkar (2022).
