Story
The story of Waiting Hai, which takes place in Patna, is about Sugam Mishra, a recently hired Rail Police Officer who is eager to establish himself. When she starts observing some suspicious things in Tatkal ticket sales, his routine shifts. Afroz Hamsa is a computer specialist who creates software that enables customers to reserve confirmed Tatkal tickets. The plot of the series claims that Hamsa first develops the software for selfish reasons in an effort to win over a woman. His uncle, however, recognizes a potential opportunity in the technology when the plot fails.
